Place your order now to guarantee beef. Prices below are per hanging weight.

Quarter - $3.60/lb
Half -$3.50/lb
Whole - $3.35/lb

Add processing fee which is approximately $1.00/lb hanging weight.

Hanging weight will differ with each beef, but typically a whole beef is between 750-800 lbs. A whole beef will come to over 400 lbs of beef for your freezer.
